Twitter has announced an expansion of their business team which will be focused on providing marketing assistance, insights, and content advice to business partners. This “Twitter Next” initiative will incorporate technology in addition to optimizing existing tools to create new ways for brand to present their content on Twitter.

The roll-out seems limited to current enterprise brands who are already official partners of the platform though Andrew Hutchinson, Content and Social Media Manager at Social Media Today, indicates that there may be a way to request access.
